Cancellation & Change Policy Terms & Conditions
- For travel packages canceled or changed at least ten days prior to departure, the customer will receive a travel certificate for the airfare and other nonrefundable items, less any applicable cancellation or changes fees.
- The ticketing airline’s policy applies regarding eligibility to request a refund of the airfare back to the original form of payment. Any fully refundable portions of the package price paid will be refunded back to the original form of payment upon request.
- For travel packages canceled within ten days of departure, the customer will receive a travel certificate for the price of the package price paid, less any applicable cancellation or change fees.
TARIFFA AEREA
- Change fees have been eliminated permanently for Delta tickets purchased for travel from North America to all destinations worldwide, excluding Basic Economy fares.
- Delta has also extended its existing waiver of change fees for all tickets purchased through 30 marzo 2021, for travel at any time to anywhere. For tickets issued by air carriers other than Delta, change fees will vary based on airfare rules.
*HOTEL
A $50 deposit will be charged per land-only booking, and will be forfeited in the event of a booking cancellation; modifications to a booking will not result in an additional deposit.

The following types of vacation packages are not currently available via this website due to their complexity or special requirements:

- Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult's lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-800-1504 once you complete your booking online. In caso di due o più bambini di età inferiore ai due anni che viaggiano con lo stesso adulto, soltanto uno di loro può viaggiare come "bambino in braccio". Eventuali altri bambini devono acquistare un posto a sedere. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. A prescindere dalla destinazione, al momento della prenotazione è necessario indicare che si viaggia con un neonato.
- Upgrades to first class.
- Reservations that require handicap or other special needs requests.
- A reservation with more than 4 rooms/suites/villas, or with more than 9 people, including no more than 4 children.
- Reservations that include an escorted tour.
