For future travel rebooking:
- If the travel dates for your Delta Vacations package were within the impacted dates and you’d like to rebook your vacation, we’ve issued a temporary Global IT Outage travel waiver to allow customers to make a one-time change to their itinerary: the fare difference for customers will be waived when rebooked travel occurs on or before August 4, in the same cabin of service as originally booked.* Rebooking will be permitted only for the same hotel and room category.
- Customers who request a one-time itinerary change are not eligible for a refund.
- After making this one-time change, other changes will only be permitted in accordance with Delta Vacations' Cancellation Policy.
*When rescheduled travel occurs beyond 04 agosto 2024, the airfare change fee will be waived. Tuttavia è possibile che venga applicata una differenza di tariffa. - For travel packages occurring during the impacted travel dates, customers, may cancel the unused portion of their package and request either:
- To cancel your impacted Delta Vacations booking, call 1-800-800-1504. For other inquiries, email customercare@deltavacations.com.
a. A Delta Vacations travel certificate for the value of the unused portion of the package; or
b. A refund to the original form of payment for the unused portion of the package.
As a reminder, Delta Vacations’ standard cancellation policy will apply for all packages with traveling occurring before July 19 or after 28 luglio 2024.
Hotel, transportation and meal expenses incurred as a result of a flight disruption within the control of Delta Air Lines may be eligible for reimbursement under Section 12 of the Delta Customer Commitment and Contract of Carriage. If you are a resident of the U.S. and its territories or Canada, use Delta’s form to submit a reimbursement request for hotel, transportation and/or meal expenses you incurred due to a flight disruption within Delta’s control.
